Chia pudding can be very beneficial to you in a variety of ways. It’s loaded with antioxidants, complete plant protein and fiber. It’s also yummy, so it’s a win-win.
You can pretty much make it the way you like and it’s easy. Here’s a recipe I’ve used.
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup milk
2 tbsp coconut cream ( optional )
Step 1: Add all these ingredients to your preference of container. I like to put it in a glass bowl.

Step 2: Mix them all together until preferred consistency. It will thicken up during the refrigerating process.

Step 3: Refrigerate your chia pudding overnight or at least for 3-4 hours.

This recipe goes well with fruits of your choice, and other seasonings. I like to add raspberries, granola, hemp seeds, honey and cinnamon. They go well together.
Have chia pudding for breakfast or whenever you are in the mood.
