For a lot of Mission High seniors, we entered high school after quarantine ended. The first day as freshmen was a nervous day for us, especially me since I don’t really have happy memories in my previous schools.
To this day I stand by friendship, new year, new beginnings, and I have stuck to helping others, and developing a strong voice, and that’s what I got to see here at Mission.
One favorite memory I have is meeting Heron and Francisco, my two best friends, in Ms. Sanchez’s class in 2021. I also enjoyed being in Journalism class because I have fun and I’ve made new friends.
It’s at Mission where I have met Real Friends and feel good being myself. I hope many others can agree.
