Season 3 of XO Kitty officially came out on Netflix on April 2nd, 2026. It follows Kitty Song Covey in her Senior Year of High School at KISS, located in Seoul, South Korea. This year, Kitty feels insecure about her relationship with Min Ho, her longtime crush and new manager of Eunice, a K-pop idol. Kitty is accompanied by the help of her older sister, Lara Jean Song Covey (LJ, in a crossover with the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before books and movies).
My opinion about the XO, Kitty season 3 was that it was really fun to watch, thanks to the fact that I really felt I was there, feeling all the emotions along with the characters. It was also stressful because of the decisions of Kitty, Min-ho, and Q. After the fight with Kitty and Min-ho that turned convoluted at the moment LJ came to KISS to help Kitty with her relationship.
I really like it because it is about romance and shows how Kitty makes new friends and becomes excited about all the teenage drama. The city of Seoul, Korea, is also a genuinely beautiful place to see, and its culture amplifies that beauty. However, at times it’s a bit cringey, like when Kitty starts to talk in Korean with her grandma, and it feels like she adds random words to the sentences, regardless of their relevance to the topic.
You might enjoy this season despite its stressful nature, and it’s especially interesting to watch with someone else. Friendship and love have been a focus throughout Kitty’s new life in Seoul, Korea, as shown in episode 7, where everyone was fighting and on bad terms, and Kitty helped everyone reconcile and be on good terms with each other.
